“…Divine laws never change. They are eternal laws. They are the laws that are made for only our well-being. And to understand these laws we have to enter into the Realm, the Realm of God, into the Realm of where they operate, to understand them.” © Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, photo @minutkaite
Sphere of Sahastrara
“The sphere of Sahastrara envelops your heart. When conditioning of heart is reduced, as if the glass of a lamp becomes clean, rays of ever resplendent Spirit awaken Sahastrara sheath and the light of bliss spreads, which is felt in Sahastrara. This light enlightens all sides of colorful heart and decorates it with the qualities which can be described as pleasing, blissful etc. Gradually this state will grow and become stable within you.” © Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, photo @thashriya
Coolness of the Spirit
“If it starts manifesting in our attention then we start feeling on our central nervous system, the coolness of the Spirit, the vibrations of the Spirit, the manifestation of the Spirit. But when it does not manifest it keeps out and watches us as a sakshi.” © Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, photo @sy_way
In the Eternal
“I am here only to transform human beings. If not in this birth then I will see in the next life. I am used to living in the Eternal.” © Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi
Vision of life
“One should remain in Thoughtlessness. This is your place, your wealth, your strength (Shakti). This is your form. This is your beauty. This is your life. Thoughtless! As soon as you are thoughtless the outside methods, the whole of it starts moving in your hands. Live in thoughtlessness. Over there, there is no Time, no Direction, nor can anyone touch it. There is only a vision of the Living. There is only a vision of Life and how it blooms. There is vision of its Beauty, its Capability, its Prosperity and it’s Truth. Watch it from where the stream of life is flowing.” © Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, photo @madhavahuet
Balancing yourself
“So balance is very important, and balancing yourself means you become innately religious. Now, most of the diseases are caused by imbalances within us. Human nature is such that we go always to extremes. So in Sahaja Yoga, you yourself understand how to come to balance. And you love to do that, because then you can enjoy the cool breeze, and you can enjoy the joy within yourself.” © Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, photo @sy_way
