Meditation – a state where relaxation and the suspension of mental activity leads to union with the all-pervading power. Meditation gives the absolute pure joy and contributes to the person evolution, the ascent.

Achieving the state of meditation in Sahaja Yoga.

After getting Self-realization, to understand what you have received, you have to feel the state of meditation. As long as you do not feel this state, it’s all just words. And if you can not feel the meditative state and will not support it, then after some time the Self-realization which you’ve got will just go away like that if not supported from the inside.

How to achieve meditation? For meditation you need to let go, to stop all thoughts, without applying effort. With regular practice, after some time a state where you realize that you have reached the thoughtlessness comes, for a very short time. This condition can be extended gradually first, second, then more and more. Without forcing thoughts have to go themselves gradually, then the internal energy comes up and a state of meditation comes.

When meditation comes, you will feel it and realize that this is it, this is amazing, pure, a natural state of joy and happiness that nothing compares with.
